EUROMIND MEMORY AWARD CONTEST

📜 TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Eligibility

• The contest is open to students who have completed an Erasmus+ mobility program managed by Euromind.
• Participation is strictly as a group. Each group must consist of a minimum of 3 participants, with no maximum limit.
• Multiple groups from the same school are allowed to participate, provided each group submits its own video.
• Each mobility group may submit only one (1) video representing their collective experience.
• Participants must have the consent of all group members appearing in the video to enter the contest.
• Only groups that participated in mobility programs between January 1st, 2026 and June 15th, 2026 are eligible to enter.

2. Submission Guidelines

• Video Format: Videos must be approximately 1 minute in length and must not exceed 25MB in size.
• Content: Videos should showcase internships, cultural discoveries, and teamwork. Content must be appropriate, respectful, and free of any illegal or offensive material.
• Method: Videos must be uploaded through the official form available on www.euromind.es (accessible via the contest banner on the homepage) before the designated deadline.
• Deadline for submission: Please ensure that all videos are submitted no later than 3PM on 15/06/2026. This is a hard deadline to be considered for the Memory Award in June.
• Publication: The videos will be published on our social media (Instagram, Facebook and TikTok) on 15/06/2026 at 4PM.

3. Voting & Winner Selection

• Platform: All eligible videos will be uploaded to Euromind's official social media channels: Instagram, Facebook and TikTok (@euromind.spain).
• Vote Counting: Likes will be counted across all three platforms (Instagram + Facebook + TikTok). The total number of likes from the three channels will be added together to determine each group's final score.
• The Winner: The winning group will be the one whose video receives the highest total number of "Likes" across Euromind's official Instagram, Facebook and TikTok posts by the closing date and time (15/06/2026 at 3PM Spanish Time).
• Live Announcement: The winner will be officially announced via a Live Broadcast on Instagram and Facebook on the scheduled date (June 30th) at 12PM Spanish Time.

4. The Prize

• The prize consists of a €500 Amazon Voucher awarded to the winning group as a whole.
• The voucher is to be shared equally among all officially registered members of the winning group. It is the responsibility of the group to coordinate the distribution among its members.
• The number of registered participants will be determined by the official mobility group records held by Euromind.
• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Euromind will have a 2-week period to send the prize following the official announcement.

5. Intellectual Property & Privacy

• By submitting a video, the group grants Euromind the right to use, edit, and publish the footage on its social media platforms, website, and promotional materials.
• Participants must ensure they have the right to use any background music (we recommend using royalty-free tracks to avoid copyright strikes by Instagram/Facebook).
• Euromind is not responsible for any copyright infringement by the participants.

6. Disqualification

Euromind reserves the right to disqualify any entry that:

• Uses "fake" likes or bot-generated engagement.
• Contains inappropriate or stolen content.
• Fails to meet the submission deadline.
• Does not meet the minimum group size requirement of 3 participants.

7. General Conditions

• This contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Facebook, or Amazon.
• Euromind reserves the right to modify or cancel the contest due to unforeseen circumstances.
