Encourage balanced living as students practise healthy habits through movement, nutrition and wellbeing activities.

Youth Building Healthy Habits Together is a one-week international exchange designed to raise awareness of physical, emotional and social wellbeing among teenagers. Participants take part in language activities, a city-based photo challenge, school exchange, workshops on nutrition and healthy habits, traditional physical games and a guided yoga session in a natural setting. The programme closes with a reflection session, shared celebration and certificates.
