Build healthy habits from an early age through active games, nutrition workshops, yoga and wellbeing activities.

Healthy Habits for Young Minds is a one-week international programme for primary students focused on wellbeing, healthy habits and active living. Through language activities, a city photo rally, school exchange, nutrition workshops, traditional games and a yoga session in a natural setting, students learn how balanced nutrition, physical activity and mindfulness support a healthy life. The week ends with a celebration, shared reflections and certificates.
