Thirty students from Srednja škola Konjščina traveled to Sevilla to master high-level technical skills. Fifteen participants tackled solar housing, designing circuits, assembling panels, and visiting major 64 kWp solar facilities to understand renewable energy infrastructure.
Six administrative assistants digitized office workflows, managing records and invoices, while two CNC operators utilized precision metrology and technical documentation to monitor advanced machining processes. Five mechanics performed vehicle diagnostics and maintenance, ensuring top-tier mechanical and electronic safety standards.
Two transport operations trainees optimized logistics, planning school routes and managing coach fleets. They gained hands-on experience in vehicle maintenance and scheduling, observing the inner workings of an international transport company.
Thirty students bridged the gap between classroom theory and European industry standards through immersive, hands-on technical training in Sevilla.
Participants mastered critical competencies across five sectors. They gained proficiency in solar energy systems, administrative office workflows, and advanced CNC machining. Mechanics developed expertise in vehicle diagnostics and repair, while transport trainees learned to manage complex fleet logistics and international traffic regulations.
Beyond technical skills, the group secured essential knowledge in occupational health, safety, and industry-specific communication. These experiences transformed their professional outlook, preparing them for immediate impact in their respective fields.
