Ten students from the Strojarska tehnička škola Fausta Vrančića embarked on a transformative journey to Sevilla, where they delved into the heart of industrial engineering. Four participants mastered the intricacies of general mechatronics, gaining hands-on experience with steel, iron, copper, and bronze. They wielded traditional tools, wired complex electric cabinets, and precisely cut metal sheets and tubes to assemble robust machinery, ensuring every final product met professional standards.
Six participants focused on CNC operations, bridging the gap between theory and practice. They interpreted technical drawings, operated sophisticated drilling and grinding machines, and performed critical maintenance. By monitoring every cycle, from placing raw metal pieces to checking final results, they maintained high levels of precision and order.
This immersion bridged the gap between classroom theory and the industrial floor. By analyzing technical documentation and managing machine maintenance, the group transformed into capable technicians, ready to tackle the demands of modern manufacturing through diligent work and constant attention to safety.
