Creative Internship in Sevilla

Project Details

Six students from ART ECON in Prague traveled to Sevilla to immerse themselves in professional design environments. Four graphic design participants focused on conceptualizing visual communication projects, utilizing Adobe Suite and Corel to meet client specifications. They actively participated in project development, managed visual assets, and assisted in preparing competitive client proposals while exploring current industry technologies.

Two 3D game art design participants dedicated their time to mastering digital environments. Using Blender, Unity, and Photoshop, they engaged in polygon modeling, character design, and urban environment creation. Their workflow included advanced mapping, lighting, and rendering techniques, alongside the development of 2D and 3D animations and user interface elements.

These trainees integrated into host companies, gaining hands-on experience by bridging theoretical knowledge with practical studio demands. They navigated complex design workflows, refined their technical skills, and adapted to professional creative standards within an international setting.

International immersion transformed academic theory into professional expertise, equipping students with advanced technical proficiency and a deeper understanding of the global creative industry.

Participants gained a comprehensive understanding of graphic design workflows and the technical requirements of print and digital media. They mastered essential industry software, grasped the nuances of visual communication, and learned to apply theoretical concepts to real-world client needs, effectively preparing them for future roles in the professional design sector.

In the realm of 3D art, trainees acquired specialized knowledge in modeling, rendering, and game-ready asset creation. They developed a clear understanding of the artist's role in video game studios and mastered UI design, animation, and technical mapping, solidifying their career path in the gaming industry.
