Eight students from Rhein-Maas Berufskolleg Kreis Viersen traveled to Málaga to sharpen their technical expertise. Three IT specialists built Python back-ends, crafted front-ends with HTML/CSS/JS, managed MySQL databases, and deployed code via Linux VPS. They navigated Git version control, configured network protocols, and maintained security documentation.
One CNC operator mastered precision, interpreting technical blueprints to drill, cut, and grind metal components. They monitored machine cycles, performed essential maintenance, and ensured strict adherence to safety protocols while operating complex CNC equipment.
Four mechanics diagnosed vehicle faults, performed precision maintenance, and executed complex repairs. They utilized specialized hand tools to disassemble components, evaluated electronic and mechanical performance, and ensured every vehicle met manufacturer standards before client return.
Bridging German precision with Spanish innovation, our trainees leveled up their professional mastery through real-world challenges in IT, manufacturing, and automotive engineering.
Trainees returned with expanded technical toolkits. IT participants mastered Python logic, front-end architecture, and deployment workflows. CNC operators gained proficiency in CAD software, geometric calculations, and material science, while mechanics achieved fluency in diagnostic computing, suspension tuning, and hydraulic systems.
Beyond technical skills, the group cultivated professional adaptability and cross-cultural communication. They integrated into international workflows, navigated diverse operational environments, and developed the problem-solving mindset required for successful careers in modern European industry.
