Fourteen students from Zespół Szkół Zawodowych in Pińczów traveled to Sevilla to master professional skills across tourism, hospitality, and IT. The group immersed themselves in a dynamic Spanish work environment, taking on roles ranging from guest relations and hotel operations to complex software development.
Tourism and hospitality trainees managed bookings, guided city tours, optimized digital content, and executed essential housekeeping and restaurant services. They ensured guest satisfaction through professional communication, meticulous room maintenance, and seamless service coordination, gaining hands-on experience in high-standard hotel operations.
Simultaneously, the IT cohort engineered robust web solutions using Python, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. They managed MySQL databases, deployed code to Linux VPS environments, and secured hardware resources. This multifaceted experience bridged the gap between vocational theory and real-world industrial demands.
Fourteen students transformed vocational theory into global expertise, mastering everything from hotel management to advanced Python programming in the heart of Andalusia.
Participants gained deep insights into local cultural heritage, service protocols, and industry-specific vocabulary. They mastered professional tools, from hotel management software to complex version control systems, while refining their ability to collaborate across diverse departmental functions.
Beyond technical proficiency, students developed a sophisticated understanding of workplace safety, customer psychology, and software deployment lifecycles. This mobility provided a foundation for their future careers, proving they possess the adaptability and skill set required to excel in the global labor market.
