We are thrilled to welcome a dynamic group of 28 ambitious participants from Poland for an immersive professional mobility program in the vibrant city of Málaga. This initiative offers tailored training across three core sectors: 14 participants are mastering Warehouse Processes and Inventory Management, 3 are exploring the art of General Hairdressing, and 11 are gaining hands-on experience in Culinary Arts. Warehouse trainees are learning to manage inventory, coordinate store spaces, and handle logistics with precision. Our hairdressing cohort is focusing on workplace organization, modern hair care technologies, and professional styling techniques. Meanwhile, our cooking assistants are diving into the heart of gastronomy by preparing ingredients, mastering local recipes, and ensuring high-quality food service. This journey is designed to provide invaluable international exposure, fostering both technical expertise and personal growth in a real-world working environment.

By the conclusion of this mobility, participants have achieved significant professional growth. Warehouse trainees have mastered inventory systems and safety protocols. Hairdressing participants are now adept at modern styling techniques, salon organization, and client care. Those in the culinary track have gained proficiency in local gastronomy, food safety, and advanced kitchen service techniques. Overall, the group has developed essential sector-specific vocabulary, improved their practical problem-solving skills, and gained a deep understanding of international work standards, ensuring they are well-prepared for their future careers.
