Twenty students from Colegiul Scoala Nationala de Gaz Mediaș undertook a transformative mobility program in Sevilla. Fourteen participants specialized in accounting software, mastering document preparation, data entry, inventory management, and treasury operations. They utilized specialized software to record transactions, calculate salaries, and generate annual reports while ensuring compliance with Spanish legislative norms.
Six participants focused on touristic services, immersing themselves in the vibrant culture and history of the region. Their daily tasks included assisting in city tours, organizing cultural events, and managing digital promotional content. They actively maintained company websites and social media profiles, preparing translations and showcasing the local tourist offer through various media channels.
Participants gained practical experience in real-world environments, bridging the gap between theoretical knowledge and professional application. They navigated complex software systems and customer-facing roles, significantly enhancing their technical proficiency and cross-cultural communication skills.

Accounting trainees achieved full competency in navigating ERP systems, managing complex ledgers, and applying General Chart of Accounts functions. They mastered legislative compliance and essential treasury management, gaining the confidence to perform precise financial records in professional settings.
