Twenty-five students from Zespół Szkół Ogólnokształcących i Zawodowych in Krobia embarked on a transformative journey to Málaga. The administrative group mastered document management, database updates, and invoice processing using Microsoft Office. Meanwhile, the construction team gained hands-on experience, from preparing mortar and scaffolding to laying paving stones and ensuring site safety. Our culinary trainees dived into the heart of Spanish gastronomy, mastering ingredient preparation, precise cooking techniques, and the art of professional service. Whether balancing spreadsheets, mixing cement, or perfecting local recipes, each student immersed themselves in the vibrant pulse of their professional fields, bridging the gap between classroom theory and real-world expertise under the Mediterranean sun.
