Sevilla Robotics and E-Mobility Exchange

Project Details

Twenty-four students from Strojarska tehnička škola Osijek traveled to Sevilla to master advanced technical skills. The automation group designed complex electro-pneumatic circuits, sensor arrays, and bottle gripping systems. They programmed collaborative robots, integrated artificial vision, and performed rigorous safety testing on robotic facilities to ensure operational precision.

The electric vehicle cohort focused on the architecture of sustainable propulsion. Participants examined Electronics Control Units, battery management systems, and high-voltage converters. They analyzed hybrid vehicle designs, ensuring compliance with strict safety regulations while diagnosing traction batteries and electric motors.

This immersion bridged theoretical concepts with industrial reality. By executing these tasks, students gained hands-on experience with cutting-edge hardware, bridging the gap between classroom instruction and the professional demands of the modern automotive and robotics industries.

Practical mastery in robotics and electric vehicle technology defined this intensive technical exchange in Sevilla.

The automation trainees mastered electropneumatic circuits, vacuum gripping, and collaborative robot programming. They gained the ability to interpret complex technical drawings and execute precise diagnostic tests within robotic facilities, ensuring all work met exact industrial specifications.

The electric vehicle group developed a methodical approach to diagnosing malfunctions in hybrid systems. They successfully distinguished between AC and DC power, identified battery components, and demonstrated proficiency in repairing faults, proving their readiness for the evolving automotive sector.
